These pages present EvoFold predictions of structural RNAs made using genome-wide 31-way multiz alignments including 2X mammalian genomes.

The complete prediction set was divided into ranked subsets based on three criteria: size, shape, and genomic location. The folds of each class were ranked according to the length-normalized EvoFold score.
